CellEnergy cells. Cells and Metal are one and the same in terms of ammunition units. Metal is simply Cells with a different label, as used by the Engineer. Used by Deals .7 damage per cell from an EMP, 1 damage per cell in a Dispenser. NailNail-shaped flechette. Used by RocketRockets make things go boom when they hit something.
