Added some variations to the lua:
Download from Mediafire To use them, set sv_mapluasuffix on the server to "straightup" or "smashbros". I also put in "default", but there is no need to use that yet. It's just a copy of ff_dm_squeek_b2.lua.

Its been on for 40 minutes and people dont get tired .
Its a fun map but I have some requests: 1. Make it impossible for any other team to get into your spawn. A trigger_hurt and kill them if they try. 2. It's hard enough to hit people as it is in mid air, but maybe if you could block so people cant shoot themselves out form the walls. Now people can both strafe and shoot themselves out from the walls. With more than 4 players it gets really hard to hit anything . 3. Someone suggested infinite rockets. No point going back to spawn each 50 rocket. Seems like the straightup lua is most popular. |

EDIT: I just realized that ff_dm_squeek_b2.lua will not have the working autoreload. Download the variations again (I forgot to update that as well) and rename ff_dm_squeek_b2__default__.lua to ff_dm_squeek_b2.lua and you should be set. It would be like having 2 arenas, but all in the same arena. But, I don't plan on having 2 physical arenas. I want to keep the map simple, and provide a whole truckload of variations. If someone wants to make a multiple-arena map and steal my variations (and most probably tweak them), go for it.

b2 was great fun to play with a few people on the server & it's always nice to have more fun/skills type maps.
We tried all lua variations and sometimes the instant reload and infinite rockets worked and sometimes it didn't (during the testing the same lua). I'm thinking it's just a bug with FF in the same way that auto reload doesn't always work. This isn't too much of a problem tho as you can just go pick up a bag. I was really impressed by how much fun there is to be had on the map (it looks nice too) and wouldn't be surprised if it was eventually released as an official map, although you would probably then have to rename it to ff_airshot or something |

Imo you should leave the airshot lua as default, it's what makes the map fun and original. If you make the planned standard dm lua default then that's what most servers will run and then you have just another dm map which wont be played nearly as much is it would if the airshot lua was included by default.
